Warranty, Disclaimer & Policies

Last updated: March 1, 2026

We believe in being upfront and transparent.

Here’s what all of this means in simple terms:

  • Your wrap, decals, or PPF is a custom service made specifically for your vehicle/job.

  • Once work is completed and the vehicle/decals are picked up, sales are final.

  • You are responsible for approving your selected color and finish before installation begins.

  • Minor dust specks or tiny imperfections can occur — zero contamination is not realistically achievable.

  • If your vehicle has weak, repainted, or compromised paint, there is some risk during installation or removal.

  • If there is a genuine workmanship issue, we will repair it.

  • We stand behind our work — but we cannot guarantee factory paint condition, battery health, or outcomes related to pre-existing vehicle conditions.

If you ever have a concern, we encourage you to bring it to our attention before leaving the shop so we can address it properly.

We are committed to delivering quality work and a professional experience.

  • Deposits secure scheduling, labor allocation, and material ordering.

    • Deposits become non-refundable 24 hours after payment.

    • Up to two reschedules are permitted within 60 days of the original appointment date.

    • After 60 days, a new deposit may be required and promotional pricing may no longer apply.

    • Cancellation of service results in forfeiture of deposit.

If materials have been ordered, cut, or allocated:

    • Customer agrees to purchase materials at 100% of material cost.

    • Materials are non-returnable and non-refundable once ordered.

    • Deposits do not constitute material credit.

Only one deposit transfer is permitted unless otherwise approved in writing. Promotional pricing and limited-time offers do not transfer automatically.

  • Customer is solely responsible for verifying and approving selected color, finish, and material prior to installation.

    Customer acknowledges:

    • Digital images, social media posts, and online samples may vary due to lighting, photography, and screen calibration.

    • Matte, satin, gloss, metallic, pearl, and color-shift finishes change appearance depending on lighting conditions and vehicle body contours.

    • Manufacturer production batches may result in minor tone variations.

If physical samples are provided, customer confirms inspection prior to installation.

Once installation begins, the selected material is deemed approved.

Dissatisfaction based on color tone, lighting variation, or subjective preference does not constitute defective workmanship.

  • All services performed by Nomad Wraps are custom labor-based services.

Once services are completed and the vehicle has been released to the customer, all sales are final.

Refunds will not be issued for:

    • Change of mind

    • Buyer’s remorse

    • Subjective dissatisfaction

    • Third-party opinions

    • Financial hardship

    • Minor cosmetic characteristics inherent to vinyl, film, or powder coating

    • Pre-existing paint or body conditions not caused by installer negligence

If a verified workmanship defect exists under warranty, repair of the affected area is the sole remedy available.

  • Vinyl Wrap Installation Warranty

12-month installation warranty covering lifting, peeling, or bubbling due to installer error.

    Paint Protection Film (PPF)

Manufacturer-backed material warranty (typically 5–10 years depending on brand).
    Installation warranty: 12 months.

    Chrome Delete

6-month installation warranty due to high-edge exposure areas.

    Non-OEM / Repainted / Primed Panels

3-month installation warranty due to reduced adhesion reliability.

    Exclusions From Warranty

    Warranty does not cover:

    • Road debris, rock chips, accidents, or vandalism

    • Automatic car washes or improper washing techniques

    • Pressure washing edges or seams

    • Aftermarket panel misalignment

    • Improper curing of repaint work

    • Ceramic coatings applied before or after installation

    • Third-party modifications or removal

Wraps and PPF are cosmetic films and do not prevent physical damage to paint.

  • Vinyl wrap and PPF adhere strongly to painted surfaces.

    If the vehicle has:

    • Repainted panels

    • Failing clear coat

    • Previous bodywork

    • Aftermarket repairs

    • Oxidation

    • Improperly cured paint

    • Factory paint defects

There is an increased risk of paint lifting, peeling, or delamination during installation or removal.

Nomad Wraps does not guarantee the integrity of factory or aftermarket paint.

Nomad Wraps is not responsible for paint damage occurring during removal unless caused solely by proven installer negligence.

Wrap removal is performed at customer request and carries inherent risk.

  • Installations are performed in a controlled shop environment; however, services are not conducted in sterile clean-room conditions.

    Customer acknowledges:

    • Minor dust particles, small specks, or isolated contamination may be present beneath film despite proper preparation.

    • These minor imperfections do not affect performance, adhesion, or durability.

    • Absolute elimination of microscopic debris is not commercially achievable in standard automotive installation environments.

Only significant, visually obvious contamination that materially affects appearance at normal viewing distance (approximately 3–5 feet) may qualify for correction.

Minor specks visible only under close inspection or direct lighting are not considered installation defects.

  • During installation, vehicle doors may remain open for extended periods and vehicle systems may be accessed.

    Customer acknowledges:

    • Extended door-open periods and accessory use may contribute to temporary battery drain.

    • Electric and newer model vehicles may display system alerts following prolonged accessory use.

    • Weak or aging batteries may fail due to normal usage demands during service.

Nomad Wraps is not responsible for normal battery discharge or battery replacement unless damage is directly caused by proven installer negligence.

  • Estimated completion times are approximate and not guaranteed.

    Delays may occur due to:

    • Material availability

    • Weather conditions

    • Vehicle condition upon inspection

    • Additional services requested

    • Unforeseen installation challenges

Vehicles must be dropped off clean and free of excessive contamination.

A cleaning surcharge may apply if additional preparation is required.

Standard surface preparation is not equivalent to detailing or paint correction services.

  • Customer agrees to inspect the vehicle upon pickup.

Any concerns must be documented prior to leaving the premises.

Removal of the vehicle from Nomad Wraps’ premises constitutes acceptance of completed services.
