Material availability
Weather conditions
Vehicle condition at drop-off
Late changes or add-ons requested

To ensure proper vinyl adhesion and avoid delays:

Nomad Wraps is not responsible for any manufacturer warranties that may be voided due to vinyl wrap installation.
Please consult your vehicle manufacturer or dealership if you have concerns about warranty compatibility. -
Nomad Wraps installs only premium vinyl films backed by a manufacturer warranty. However, this warranty is provided by the manufacturer — not Nomad Wraps — and coverage is subject to their evaluation and discretion.
While we assist with claim submissions, we are not responsible for the outcome of a manufacturer’s decision.
Even if a customer claims to have followed all care instructions using “wrap-safe” products, the manufacturer may still deny the claim if there is no verifiable proof. In these cases, Nomad Wraps is not liable for material replacement or labor costs.
Claims may be denied for:
Environmental exposure (e.g., UV, acid rain, sap, etc.)
Use of unapproved soaps or chemicals
Poor surface condition
Inadequate documentation of wrap maintenance
We recommend keeping receipts for any wrap care products used, photographing your vehicle regularly, and maintaining a basic care log.
-
Vehicles over 10 years old may have weakened plastic, brittle trim, or aging hardware that can break or crack during the disassembly or wrapping process — even with careful handling.
Nomad Wraps is not responsible for age-related part failures or breakage on vehicles 10 years or older.
We take every precaution to handle all parts gently, but due to the natural wear and tear on older components, the customer assumes all risk for trim, clips, or panels that may fail during service.
We recommend:
Discussing fragile or previously repaired areas before your appointment
Letting us know of any known weak points or past damage in advance
-
Vehicles with aftermarket body panels, bumpers, or accessories — including carbon fiber, fiberglass, or quick-release parts — may pose additional risks during installation.
We frequently encounter non-factory components that are secured using zipties, quick-release bands, self-tapping screws, or inadequate hardware.
If removal is required for wrap installation, Nomad Wraps is not responsible for:
Damage to improperly secured parts during removal or reinstallation
Fitment issues or pre-existing defects
Aftermarket parts detaching or failing after the job is complete
We will do our best to reinstall all parts carefully, but the customer assumes all responsibility for the integrity and security of any aftermarket or modified parts.
We reserve the right to refuse removal or wrapping of panels that appear unstable or unsafe.
